The Norrsken is a super lightweight pad with a tiny pack size. The pad features 6 air chambers in the middle zone to ensure true sleeping comfort and 2 larger air chambers at the edges to make sure you dont fall out. It is a super comfortable 5cm thick and includes a pack sack and an emergency repair kit. What I rate the most though is it's premium insulation. It has been designed for 4 season use and is almost like a sleeping bag that keeps you off the ground. The air chambers are filled with top end Primaloft fibres to store the heat you are emitting and provide a barrier to the cold ground. This is exactly what you need for the NZ back country. Compact, lightweight, warm and comfortable, this mat is definately a winner!

It has a 30D top and a 75D bottom and with a published weight of 600 grams it is one of the lightest 4 season sleeping pads on the market.
